Steering Column Repair: 1991 k1500 steering column, head bolts, chevrolet truck

Question
ok here we go.. i have a 1991 k1500 stepside chevy truck.  has a 5.7L v8.  Auto trans and tilt wheel.  The wheel wobbles up down side to side. i pulled it appart as far as i could.  I seen the bolts with the torx style looking nuts.  i could only reach one to tighten up.  I doesn't look like they are loose. ( I seen Three total )  But I did see that there are two bearings.  one right toward the front and one buried where them funny looking bolts are.  The bearing that is buried down deep has fallen apart.  Now my question is how the HECK do i get to that part, what is it called and where could i get one... ?  I couldnt reach them odd looking torx head bolts and i could not see how to remove any thing else that would get me to the bearing that is bad.?  Please Help Me I'm Desperate.

Answer
Hi Jake:
Very common problem...
We have recently uploaded some videos on our website to give you first hand viewing of how to remove, disassemble, and reassemble the loose tilt column you are talking about. They are broken down into step by step 2-3 minute detailed videos with instructions. The videos are for a Chevrolet truck so the column is identical to yours.
