Steering Column Repair: sterring shaft, dodge 4x4, coloum

I HAVE A 1990 DODGE 4X4 1/2 TON,WHERE THE LOWER STEERING SHAFT FASENS TO THE UPPER COLOUM THE RUBBER PAD CAME LOSE I NEED TO KNOW HOW TOPUT IT BACK TO GETHER.

The tech manuals I have access to (Alldata) are pretty fuzzy on the information about your vehicle...(it's too old already).  But what I think you are talking about is the steering column coupler.
If that's the case, I believe they sell a kit for rebuilding that part  Here is the info I have on that
1       Repair Package - Steering Coupler      Mopar part # 4740761

Make sure that fits your vehicle before ordering it as I didn;t have th eVIN to look up your part number exactly
