Subaru Repair: 2001 Outback ltd, sunroof assembly, moon roof

Rear moon roof front metal frame of the window is rusting out in a couple of places on the front edge and needs replacement before I get permanent damage to the inside. Advise, second hand or new? and how much should this cost?

Subaru sunroofs are a pain to deal with as are most sunroofs when they act up.

I would get prices on both used and new locally, and go from there.


We charge a lot, it is a huge job to remove the head liner and sunroof assembly and the sunroof it self is very expensive used or new.
