Towing Issues: truck towed from trailer parki, open ended question, fire lane

Question
QUESTION: My son was visiting a friend at a trailer park in South St Paul, MN.  The manager of the trailer park had my truck towed.  He was only there for about five hours when it was towed.  Is this legal?

ANSWER: LEGAL, I have no idea...

There are so many issues here left unanswered that I can not provide a correct answer to the open ended question you asked.

Was it parked in a fire lane, was it in a reserved space, was it on the grass... All of these tend to be reasons vehicles are towed from trailer parks....

I know its not much help but the lack of information makes it hard to provide answers.

QUESTION: He was not parked in a fire lane, reserved space or on the grass.  He as parked on the street of the trailer park.  When I spoke to the manager of the trailer park, she said that he was parked there for two days.  But he had been there one day and then went back the next day and that is when my truck was towed.

Answer
Sounds like a simple mistake on the "keeping track" of vehicles being parked there.
Leaving the trailer park and then coming back, well I can see where it might be the problem.

But this just sounds like a bit over zealous action on the part of the management...
