Towing Issues: Car towed from apt complex, rental contracts, dodge intrepid

My 2004 no rust no dents valid license plated Dodge Intrepid was towed from my apt complex in Indianapolis,In. The reason they gave was it was parked in a space for to long. I don't drive the car much and when I do I purposely park there so I can keep sight of it from my apt window. Do I have any recourse to this towing? Thanks in advance for your help.

Well the issue of what "parked to long" is will be the hot discussion anywhere...

Most apartment and condo complexes have provisions in the lease - rental contracts something which deals with parking... Abandoned vehicles can be something parked 72 hours to 1 month or more...

Legal, and all that at times does not matter but it a of what they have decided is "TOO LONG"

Talk to the management and see what they say about the whole issue. They might say "OUPS" or they might say "oh well"
You never know what they will do.
