Towing Issues: Towed in Houston, speed limit signs, city signs

Question
How can I find out how close together "no parking" signs must legally be in Houston, Texas?  I was recently towed from between two widely-spaced signs.

how far is "widely spaced" in your mind...

I need more information here to answer this question properly...

Do you think that in a parking lot, a sign should be in front of each space, do not forget about signs in "Spanish" or other languages to be "POLITICALLY CORRECT" here.

Signs on streets, well each car is like 20 feet long give or take, should there be signs every 20 feet... Or can there be a sign every 100 feet or so..

No parking signs on the freeways, well how far apart are the speed limit signs, do you speed between the signs which say the speed limit?


Like I say, I need more information to answer this question .
