Is there a set rate that can not be exceeded on rates for impounding a vehicle in Texas....also on their rates per day?

I am aware of a few CITIES who regulate the prices which are charged for towing vehicles in Texas...

But as a rule, no there are no "SET RATES" for the services...
I know there are new rules coming dealing with the towing industry in Texas but they are not in effect yet, and they do not really regulate rates, and they mainly deal with insurance, training and licenesing issues...

But I know that Texas does require that the rates be posted and filed with the State and also the City I beleive.
