Towing Issues: the parking boot, small claims court, wheels

if the parking boot damages your wheel lets say they are nice wheels could you then sue the city for the amount of damage that has been done or are you just out ?????????????

you can try to sue the city, but most likely there is some kind of hold harmless deal for the city.

It is hard to know really what to say, because you did not tell me where you are. But you can try to contact the city and see what they say.
A lot of it depends on what the reasons are, where you were, things like that...

But small claims court is always an option.
