Towing Issues: Where to hook a tow rope for towing a 2002 PT Cruiser, tow rope, drive wheels

Where in the world to I hook a tow rope so I can tow my 2002 PT Cruiser to a garage?

Well, I am not going to really answer this question because it is not really a safe practice to tow a vehicle with a "tow rope"

You risk damage from hooking to the wrong places, AND YOU RISK DAMAGE TO THE TRANSMISSION from towing it with the drive wheels on the ground and it not running...

There is also the safety issue of towing a vehicle in traffic which you would have to deal with.
