Towing Issues: Jeep transfer case types, jeep grand cherokee, jeep transfer case

Question
I plan to buy either a jeep liberty limited 4wd or a jeep grand cherokee limited 4wd and flat tow behind our motorhome. As I understand, I must have the proper transfer case to do this,and the sales people I have talked to don't inspire my confidence. I will buy either a 2005 or 2006. Can you advise me about the proper transfer case for each model?
