Buick/Olds: turning left, power steering pump, buick century

Question
I have 2000 buick century. Just had right tierod replaced and left front wheel bearing. Now the car on occassion when turning left will only let me turn half way then if I straighten out it is ok to turn the full turn, is this possibly from the repair or do I need a power steering pump or do you have any other ideas? Thankyou for your time

Answer
It is very possible and very likely from the repair.  If it were just a power steering pump or problem, the car would still allow you to complete a full turn, the turn would just be difficult from not having the power steering mechanism.  If the car is not allowing you to complete a left turn occassionally without having the straighten the wheel first, it is problem a bolt not being tightened properly and you'll want to take it back to the repair place as soon as possible so that they can get that taken car of.  That is very hazardous if you were required to complete an emergency left turn.  What would probabaly happen in that case is the car's tie rod would break and cause some very extensive and expensive damage.
