Answer
Without knowing why it is shutting down and not starting(no fuel, no spark, etc.) its hard for me to say what is wrong. I can tell you that by disconnecting the battery, you are erasing the memory of the computer so that it has to start "fresh" every time you restart it. Since it only has the problem after it warms up( when the computer takes over control) I would have to say that you have a sensor that is reading incorrectly. For example, an O2 sensor that thinks that the system is running too rich, even though it realy isnt, so the computer is trying to lean out the fuel mixture so much that it stalls.
You need a scanner to see what is going on. If you dont have access to one or dont know what to look for, it would probably be better if you took it to the shop to get it diagnosed.
Sorry that I cant help you more, but there are so many things that could be going on, that it is almost impossible for me to give you anything more than a guess.
If you get any more info on what is going on, let me know and I will try to help.
