Honda: 2000 Honda CRV airconditioning, honda crv, costly repair

My Honda CRV won't hold freeon. It is leaking somewhere.  We have filled it twice and even put a leak sealer in it.  The cold lasts for about a week. Is this going to be a costly repair?

maybe, its impossible to say without knowing where its leaking. it could be a 50cent shrader valve or a 500 dollar conpressor.take it to a shop that specializes in ac .from experience i would say its most likely your evaporator.expect around 400 to 500 hundred bucks.
