I am trying to replace a wheel stud and I can remove the two bolts in the rotor.  What should I do?

I think you are talking about the screws that hold the rotor on ,first apply some wd 40 or something similar.Then run to the auto parts or tool hardware store and get an impact screwdriver by the time you get back the lube will have taken effect.you hit the back of an impact screwdriver and it pushes and spins at the same time hopefully removing the screw.
