Honda: exhaust manifold 1998 Honda DX 4 dr, cat converter, auto zone

Hi, I have a 3" crack on my exhaust manifold.  Can this be welded?  Liquid ice?  How about getting one from a pick-a-part?  My usual mechanic said $600.00.  Auto zone brand new is $229.00.  Does this year have the cadillac converter attached to the manifold?  Help me please.

It does have a cat converter on the manifold go to auto zone they are one of the best I heard. That manifold sounds pretty cheap and value for money. Don't get it welded it could crack or leak again. If you need anymore questions answered plz feel free to ask. Kind regards Dean.
