Mazda: RX-7 spark plugs, denso spark plugs, denso iridium

Question
I have a 83 rx7, and planning on using DENSO spark plugs, do you think that's a good idea ? (From my knowledge denso are the best spark plugs, but I was reading and I read to only use NGK spark plugs for my RX-7)

Answer
The Denso Iridium is a great choice for the Lead Plugs, Very similar the HKS that is no longer available.  They are relatively expensive and intended for racing extremes.  Useable life 8-15k, but that is fairly typical on rotary engines.  The Lead plugs see the most extreme use.

The NGK is a good all around plug for both but especially for the Trail Plugs.  It is not uncommon to mix brands, Lead to Trail.  Just be sure to match up each.
