Mercedes: Mercedes C220 CDI 2002 AUTO, mercedes c220, climate control system

Hi i got the Mercedes C220 cdi 2002 model and have problem with heating as it gives out cold air even temp has been set to be hot.
can you please help?

Hello,
The climate control system is a combination of  sensors, thermostats and flow valves. The monovalve may be the problem. It is an electrically controlled water distribution valve located under the hood. Or there may be a problem with the air sensor inside the vehicle.
Check your fuses first, as corrosion is a big problem with the ceramic bullet type fuses.
