Suzuki: Suzuki Samurai 1988 No electric power, solenoid starter, external fuse

Question
No electric power at all. No lights, radio, no clicking or starting. I replaced
battery and battery cables. Fuses under steering wheel are okay. Positive of
battery is directly connected to the solenoid/starter and has juice. Is there
another external fuse box I could check? What is the next step?

Answer
Grounds?  There has to be a good connection from the negative post of the battery to the block, and to the frame as well.  Some vehicles have a fusible link (like a fuse, but it's a section of wire from the battery to the chassis that's designed to "blow" like a fuse if anything goes wrong) Is there a fuse link?  Why don't you consider checking at the ignition switch to see if there's power available at the switch.
