Tips on Buying Cars: Nissan altima 2002, nissan altima 2002, nissan altima

What's your opinion on the 2002 nissan altima? I want to buy one used but I'm doing research and have seen horror stories. The one that I'm looking at had all of it's recalls taken care of right away. Do you think it's worth it or do you think the engine problems will eventually happen to me?

Kate:Thanks for your question.I believe the Nissan Altima is one the best cars to hit the road.If the service history can be obtained and a Carfax report checks out,it might be worth looking at.From my understanding Nisaan has timing chains instead of a timing belt.This means less maintance cost on the motor.The most important thing have the car checked by a ASE tech before buying.Good Luck!
