Truck Repair: s10, cummins engines, radiator fan

not sure that you would know this since you work on cummins engines but i am going to put a 4.3L engine into my 94 s10 and want to know if that will bolt up to my transmission thats bolted to the 2.2L

Pretty sure it will not since the 4.3L has the same bolt pattern as a V-8.I would find a wrecked one and get all the wiring & parts needed for the swap like radiator & fan shroud,motor mounts on frame,exhaust Y pipe...things like that.Too bad,I have all that here at home,complete engine wire harness with ECM,complete 4.3L throttle body engine w/trans,radiator too.Just put the Y pipe w/cat convertor in the scrap metal bin at work.
