How to Change a Digital Clock in an Infiniti M35

As the premium division of Nissan Motors, Infiniti has been producing luxury vehicles since 1989. The Infiniti M35 is a sleek, mid-sized luxury sedan that was introduced for the 2002 model year. Many M35 models feature both fashionable analog clocks and discreet and convenient digital clock displays. The digital clocks in Infiniti M35s are linked with the GPS navigation systems, making them incredibly accurate and virtually self-setting. If the digital clock in your Infiniti M35 is displaying the wrong time, adjust the time manually and check the time zone setting to correct the problem.

  • Locate the "Setting" button to the right of the Infiniti Controller on the multi-function control panel in your Infiniti M35.

  • Press the "Setting" button, and turn the Infiniti Controller clockwise until the "Clock" option is highlighted on the display screen. Press the "Enter" button at the top of the Infiniti Controller to make your selection.

  • Turn the Infiniti Controller to highlight the "On" option and press "Enter" to activate the vehicle's on-screen clock display; this causes a digital clock to show permanently in the top right corner of the display screen.

  • Press the "Down" arrow on the Infiniti Controller to highlight the "Clock Format" option. Turn the Infiniti Controller to choose between the 12- and 24-hour time formats.

  • Correct the time displayed on the digital display screen, if necessary. Press the "Down" arrow button to highlight the "Offset Adjust" option, and turn the Infiniti Controller left or right to decrease or increase the time in one-minute increments.

  • Use the "Down" arrow on the Infiniti Controller to highlight the "Daylight Savings Time" option. Rotate the Infiniti Controller to choose between the "On" or "Off" settings, and press the "Enter" button to make your selection.

  • Press the "Down" arrow button to highlight the "Time Zone" option on the digital display screen. Turn the Infiniti Controller to select the appropriate time zone. Choose between Pacific, Mountain, Central, Eastern, Atlantic, Newfoundland, Hawaii, Aleutian and Alaska time zones.
