Put any amount of money on the gift card, it cost nothing for the gift card. If you are planning on getting $10 in gas, put $10 on the card. You can put $10-$2500 on the Wal-Mart gift card.
Go to the Wal-Mart gas station, and slide the card at the pump. You will receive a three cent discount per gallon on your gas just for using the gift card. You can use this method every time you need gas.
