Duramax Exhaust Manifold
ATS Diesel has just released its Pulse Flow exhaust manifold for '01 to '09 Duramax trucks. According to ATS, its Duramax exhaust manifold flow 30 percent more than the stock units and also provide quicker turbo spool-up, less exhaust backpressure, and an increase in fuel efficiency. All manifolds are high-temperature coated and tapped for an EGT or backpressure sensor. In addition to the manifolds, the complete ATS system provides new up-pipes, which eliminate shrinking, cracking, and gasket problems. A legit duramax exhaust manifold choice by ATS.

Fuel Efficiency For Big Rigs And Tractors

Turbos For 6.4L Power Strokes
Elite Diesel Engineering released its Tow-Power turbochargers for '08 to '10 6.4L Power Strokes. According to Elite, its system is a direct replacement for the OEM configuration. Upgraded internals such as higher-flowing compressor and turbine wheels in both the low-pressure and high-pressure turbos results in horsepower and torque gains, as well as reduced EGT. Its system would benefit trucks using high-output, 310hp, off-road tuning files but would also allow the DPF-equipped truck owner using a programmer to experience less regeneration intervals due to more air being forced into the engine.

Emergency Air Shutoff For Cummins
The most effective method for killing a diesel engine in the event of an emergency is to cut its air supply. The new positive air shut-down (PAS) system from BD Diesel was designed for '03 to '07 5.9L and '07 1/2 to '09 6.7L Cummins engines and may be what those in the extreme diesel performance segment are looking for. It consists of an inline butterfly valve being placed in the intake and is activated by an electrical solenoid. Standard applications include overspeed electronics and intercooler pipes for some applications.

Durable Truck Wheel
The new DC-2 wheels from Dick Cepek were specially built for today's four-wheel-drive trucks. Constructed from aluminum, the DC-2 was designed to offer maximum caliper clearance on newer vehicles and will not interfere with any new truck's OE tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). The DC-2 wheel features a gloss black machined finish with a layer of clearcoat for utmost durability. According to Dick Cepek, the satin finish on the center cap won't rust or peel. Wheels are available in 40 different fitments.
