I was on a major highway in MD and lost control of my SUV due to snow. The roads were not yet salted and i ended up hitting a cement wall barrier (jersey barrier). I received a ticket from a cop for failure to reduce speed during dangerous weather conditions (I was going not even 20MPH) and he told me I would have to pay to have the wall fixed but the ticket would be dismissed in court because there were no witnesses. My insurance will cover most of the costs to have my vehicle repaired but what about the wall? Are they expensive to fix?

The wall will be covered under your liability coverage. You are liable to the city (for losing control of the vehicle). Depending on how much damage you caused, walls could be expensive to fix. It really depends on how much damage there was.

I you have any insurance (which sounds like you do), you should not have many problems at all.
