Auto Parts: how can i replace a vw headlight housing, vw passat, headlight lens

i am going to replace my 2000 vw passat headlight housing. Can someone tell me how should i do it?

I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you removing the headlight, the headlight surround or the headlight lens?
