Car Alarms: 99 nissan sentra alram problem, nissan sentra, beep sound

i have a nissan sentra 99 that i recently bought a couple of month back from a person that i found on an advertisement paper. about 2 days ago when i went to unlock the door ( passenger side b/c the driver side doesnt work) the car alarm started going off (a beep sound very loud and the headlights blinking) it went on and on  until i locked the doors and closed the car. i tried all day to locked me inside the car to see if i could tunr it an but the A/t block the engine and i couldnt start the car... i really dont know what to do and reading pass question about turning the key until the acc and pressing the valet button. i just cant find the button in my car.. please help me thanks
