Car Alarms: How to dissconnect car alarm, fcc id, buick century

Question
I had a alarm installed on my Buick century a few years ago, (it is the one that pages you)and recently my transmission went and the car has been sitting for a month or so. for about a day and a half now the alarm is chirping. I am sure this is the battery because i have used my key to unlock the door and pop the hood. My remote pager thing wont work and i cant jump the battery cause then the alarm goes off. how do i go about disconnecting the alarm so it wont run my battery down completely?? any info will help. thanks

Answer
All alarms are different. I suggest you identify
the alarm you have by the fcc ID # on the
back of the remote at wwww.keynfob.com .

Then go to the manufacturers website for
the manual & valet/override procedure.

That will allow you to disarm it.
Then I suggest you either remove it, or
start fresh with a new system if you can
not find the manual on it.

Good luck.
