Car Alarms: subaru impreza dual stage security alarm system, fcc id number, security alarm system

Question
My car seems to be having the same problem, once i jump in the car and turn the ignition.. the code pad starts to beep in this random repeat of numbers. first the number 5 flashes then all the other digits flash all together five times. it will not allow me to press in my code. this isnt an aftermarket alarm. its the noriginal subaru alarm that was installed in my vehicle.its been getting worst and worst lately and i cant work it. normally it will subside and be fine. well after the beeping goes on for awhile once the beeping stops the siren goes off, after the siren finishes the beeping will start again, it will repeat a few times then finally stop. so ill try again turn the ignition and.. you guessed it the key pad beeping starts again where it wont even let me press in my code, there is no flashing lights the led light will flash sometimes but thats it im gettin so annoyed. do you seem to know wat the problem is?

Answer
No I don't. It sounds like an after market
system, but not certain which one.

Please go to www.keynfob.com
and identify what after market alarm system
you have there using the FCC ID
number on the back. Then try to go to the
manufacturer, and contact them directly
on the fetures and functions of your particuar
alarm system.

Sorry I could not help more.

Good luck.
