Car Alarms: SILENT ARM REPROGRAM, prestige alarm, honda accord

Hello,
      My Honda Accord has a Prestige alarm.  I'm not sure of the model, but the remote model is prestige aps92bt2cl.  It works great, has the power lock actuators and starter kill but it only has silent arm programmed on the remote. I've located the valet switch. How can I reprogram the remote to have 1 button be be loud arm and the second button be silent arm?  Also to have panic programmed on button 1 when held for 3 seconds?  Is there a programing guide I can access?
