Car Alarms: 94 acura legend, acura legend, steering wheel

Question
i have a '94 acura legend. i recently had to replace the ignition switch.(the harness)it had a "prolock" device wired into the harness. i wired it all back like it was and now the car will not turn over like the lock in on.so i unhooked just the under dash stuff and still will not start.the power is being cut to the ac and all like normal just no power to starter.  thanks alot!!

Answer
You need to remove the Prolock wires attatched to the black/white wire in the ingition harness.
This is the starter interupt.

Also, the black/red wire in the drivers kick harness
to the rear of the vehicle may have been affected.
This will keep the steering wheel from moving into
place until the key is in the ignition and
the brake pedal is pressed. If prolock was connected
to the here, cut it out, then repair as well.

Go back in and find what after market wiring is still connected there to complete this work.

I sell this chart at www.wirewerx.com for 4.99
identifying these wires for remote start and security
if you need it.

Good luck.
