Car Stereos: Amp hook up, channel amp, fresh power

my 99 stratus has only 6 speaker wires for 4 speakers;I'm trying to hook up a 4 channel amp but cant figure it out?I cant even get power to it;where should I draw my power from and whats the best way to hook it up?

Hi Greg,

Your factory deck has 2 harnesses.  One of them has 6 wires, the other one has 2.

For power, you should be running a fresh power wire from the battery to the amp, and use the blue wire in the above linked image to get remote power to the amp.
