Cadillac Repair: Car loosing coolant....?, gasket leaks, cadillac eldorado

Question
Hello,
I bought a 1993 Cadillac Eldorado with the Northstar engine in it.  The car has approximately 83,000 miles, and aproximately about once month I've been having to refill the
coolant reservoir, originally I noticed no leaks,
nothing on the floor, ever, and no leaks when preasure tested, however yesterday, after steping on it on the street, I parked it, and as I parked it, I smelled coolant, so I decided to pop the hood and take a look see, and I noticed coolant was dripping out of the overfill hose, on the reservoir.  the car's never overheated and the temperature, according to the computer has never passed 230 degrees.  Could you tell me what could be causing this? could it be just a bad reservoir cap? or something more complex?

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Emmanuel

Answer
If you perform a combustion chamber pressure test on ALL the cylinders you will most likely see air bubbles appearing in the radiator cap opening of which is a classic sign of leaking head gasket(s). A coolant pressure test will NOT usually show small head gasket leaks.

You are POSITIVE that the cooling fan is operating corectly as well as the thermostat ?.
