Chrysler Repair: Chrysler 300m a/c problem, fuse box, 2002 chrysler 300m

Question
i have a 200 300m and im having an a/c electrical problem...ok what happens is that after i turn on my car if the temperature is hot outside the a/c will turn on and suddenly turn off and the air will go to warm.It will do that repetely over and over again it will go in and out in an abnormal pattern..now when its fresh outside like in the night it works better...not completely but better..ive already changed the dehydrator, expansion valve, high pressure switch, and it has already been purged and refilled with freeon.in the fuse box in the hood if i put the fuse in direct it does work.what do you think this could be? could this be a sensor? a fan?please help me ive taken it to some places and they dont help me...

Answer
Hi Alberto,
I will try to help but I have a couple of questions:
What is the year model of the car? (There was a typo in your question)
What fuse are you speaking of (name or number?) and what do you mean by "direct", and what do you mean by "does work"? Do you mean the problem is then solved?
Use the "thank/rate" to get back to me, using the comments section to tell me the answers. That way you won't have to wait for me to be available.

ok its me alberto again...the car is a 2002 chrysler 300m,what i was talking about was not a fuse its the compressors relay on the fuse box under the hood, direct means that i take out the relay and with a wire connect it straigh out so there wont be a relay to check for problems that way it works but doesnt turn off even though you turn it off from the climate control station (obvious its straight) and what i mean by when in the night it works that means that sometimes it does work at nights when the temperature is fresh ,but...when it is hot outside its rarely the time that it turns on and when it does its not at a constant rate its on and off repedly unsteady...

Hi Alberto,
My suspicion is that your system may be Overcharged with freon (too much). The pressure sensor will keep the system running so long as the pressure is not too low or not too high. The fact that it is shutting down when it is hot outside, but not in the evening or at least not so noticeably, would be consistent with the pressure in the system exceeding the limits of safe operation so that the compressor is being cut out as the result. The pressure in the system is related to many things, but certainly the higher the temperature of the freon the higher will be its pressure. That is my amateur theory of what might be the reason for what you are experiencing. It would be easy to have an AC shop check to see if this might be the answer. There is an acceptable pressure range chart as a function of the temperature of the outlet from the compressor and so what they measure can be compared to that chart. Please let me know if you test this theory and whether it is correct.
