Dodge Repair: What Fuse may be blown, amp fuses, amp fuse

Question
I have a 1996 Dodge Dakota Ext-Cab, Auto, P.U., 3.7 L ENG.MAGNUM
my radio does not turn on nor, the 4x4
indication light.

I have replaced the 15 amp red fuse several times
and the radio worked. the manual said there are 2
fuses for the radio. Ok, I have replace 2 new ones
as it says. the radio still does not work.

I believe there are under the hood fuses but the book
does not address them and for what function. Is there a
circuit breaker fuse in the panel itself that may be blown?

Thank-you

Answer
Lets go back to the  "I have replaced the 15 amp red fuse several times
and the radio worked"    This is where u need to pay attention to  not some other fuse that may or may not be blown. When a fuse blows  that means there is more amps going through a wire then is suppose to be aka  a short to ground. Also  FYI that 15 amp fuse is suppose to be a 10 amp fuse  so already  there is 5 more amps running through the wires that is not suppose to have.
The other fuses in question are a 5 amp under the hood   but shorts goes as fallowed  the low amp fuses will blow b4 the higher amps one  if there is an issue on that one circuit.  SO basically U have an issue on the circuit that is blowing the 15 amp fuse  either a wire issue  or the radio itself.
