-----Question-----
I could there be an issue with Blow_By.  Why would there be what seems to be an unusual amount of pressurized air coming out of the OIL Filler cap?  I just realized this?  Any suggestions?

BOB

Have you any idea why I now have an OIL leak coming from the front of the engine (behind lower belt cover) after having replaced the Belts

Answer
I can think of three possibilities for oil to leak out of this bolt hole:
1.  The hole was drilled too deeply into the block.
2.  The oil pump/front case gasket is leaking oil into the bolt hole.
3.  The oil pump/front case is cracked, leaking oil into the bolt hole.

Removing the oil pump is a *huge* pain, so here's what I'd suggest if you cannot find a crack in the oil pump:
-- Remove the tensioner, compress in a shop vise, and install the pin.
-- Clean the bolt holes and mounting pads on the oil pump and tensioner of any oil with brake clean (leaves no residue).
-- Coat the threads of the tensioner bolts with pipe sealant.  (I use GM part#12346004).
-- Apply RTV to both sides of the mounting pads on the tensioner.
-- Reinstall the tensioner and remove the pin.
-- Install the crankshaft pulley, start the engine, and watch for leaks.

Be sure to not let the engine run too long.  Monitor your coolant temperature.  The water pump will not be turning.  If you've stopped the leak, go ahead and reassemble.  If not, you'll need to remove the oil pump and replace the gasket or the oil pump as appropriate.  The repair above should stop a leak coming through the bolt threads, but may not seal well enough to stop an oil pump gasket leak, and probably won't have the capability of sealing an oil pump crack.
