Isuzu Repair: 2001 Trooper bubbles in AC and new FAN noise, fan clutch, clutch fan

Question
Right after having the air compressor replaced on my 2001 Trooper I noticed it was not getting very cold. I found the dryer sight glass was full of bubbles. The repair shop told me that it was caused by a non-working fan clutch and the compressor could not reach max pressure without the correct air flow. I had them replace the fan clutch but the bubbles are still present, they then told me the system would need to run for a while to balance out the pressure and the bubbles would go away. The bubbles are still present and now the fan clutch produces an extreme amount of wind noise. The repair shop told me that the bubbles are ok since their pressure gauges show the proper amount of pressure. My question, should the sight glass have any bubbles and why does the new fan clutch sound like I am in an airplane?
Thanks for your assistance.

Answer
Well Jerry the air bubbles mean your shop screwed you by incorrectly installing the parts and charging your system!! There should be no bubbles at all and their should be anywhere from 30-45 lbs on the low side of the condensor. The clutch fan might be locked up still and running constantly. I would have them retreive the freon, recharge(properly!!!) and do a pressure test and you might even have a small leak somewhere as well Jerry. If they are rude at all mention an attorney and take your business elsewhere please.
