Jeep Repair: Blower Motor Resistor, jeep wrangler sahara, passive restraint systems

I have a 1997 Jeep Wrangler Sahara w/ a 6 cylinder 4L engine. I need to replace the blower motor resistor.  Where is it located and what do I need to do?

BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR
WARNING: ON VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH AIRBAGS, Refer to PASSIVE RESTRAINT SYSTEMS BEFORE ATTEMPTING STEERING WHEEL, STEERING COLUMN, OR INSTRUMENT PANEL COMPONENT DIAGNOSIS OR SERVICE. FAILURE TO TAKE THE PROPER PRECAUTIONS COULD RESULT IN ACCIDENTAL AIRBAG DEPLOYMENT AND POSSIBLE PERSONAL INJURY.

Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
Remove the kick cover from the passenger side outboard end of the heater-A/C housing under the instrument panel. There are two screws securing the outboard end of the cover to the housing, and one screw secures the inboard end of the cover to the housing.
Pull out on the blower motor resistor wiring connector latch and unplug the connector from the resistor Blower Motor Resistor Remove/Install
Remove the two screws securing the resistor to the heater-A/C housing.
Remove the resistor from the housing.
Reverse the removal procedures to install.
