Land Rover Repair: Land Rover Radio Issues, rover radio, ebay

About a month after I purchased my Land Rover the radio suddenly stopped working.  It still receives signal because the song display still works, but there is absolutly no sound.  Interestingly, when I use the tape player to run my discman, everything is fine and I can hear the cd.  I just don't understand what is happening.  Can you help?

The way you describe the problem it sounds like you've got a failure inside the radio.  If that's the case, the least costly repair option may be to buy a used radio on ebay or elsewhere and swap it out.
