curtusy beep stays on all time
when i put key in ignition switch will beep a few times and then the last beep stays on and will not quit untill you turn of engine...?

It sounds like the timer module has failed.  The chime is integrated with other devices into a module in the dash.  Replacement is several hundred dollars.  If you want to fix it yourself you can subscribe to service information at www.landrovertechinfo.com.
