Mitsubishi Repair: harmonic balancer, eclipse gsx, harmonic balancer

I realize you only want mirage questions but i am on a huge time deficit and at the end of my rope on this persisting problem and the other expert has been maxed out.  i have a 91 eclipse gsx.  i replaced the harmonic balancer (water pump) brand new about 4 weeks ago because it threw off my belt.  now it is doing it again! what should i do?  I have read other comments about this same problem but without a fix. I am very sorry for the inconvenience of this question not related to mirage but i dont know what else to do.  any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You're right but i'll give you a break on this one,One of the possible i would look into is to see if the belt drive is lined up if it isn't it will continue to eat up your belt of another possible is that your belt tensioner is wornout and need replacing.
