Motorcycle Repair: 93 z50r, z50r, blue spark

it's been sittin for 4 years i cleaned out the carb it ran for a bit now it wont start carb jets are clear and its gettin good blue spark but the carb overflow dribbles it wont even sputter is there other things to check in carb the gas tankm is rusty so pressure washed but it had some clean gas in carb beroe it was rusty but nothin changed help?

Jason,the carb is probably letting too much fuel in the cylinder so the mixture is too rich to burn.  The leaking drain indicates the needle and seat are shutting off the fuel properly.  It could be dirt or rust coming from the tank, a worn out needle and seat, or not adjusted properly.
