Motorcycle Repair: Need Help please?, vaccuum pump, harley riders

Question
My motorcycle was wrecked because I did a wheelie, I towed it to a shop he fixed and it seemed okay, But less than three miles from his body shop the motorcycle started behaving akward. First, the engine was slow, and it felt like it was, at the same time, I was driving in fifth gear, but only able to get up to 45 miles per hour. Well moments after realixing the two problems the bike came to a sudden stop, thee engined stalled and the front brake was locked up , and the bike wouldnt even roll forward to be pushed out of the way. Nevertheless,  five Harley RIders pulledover to help me move the bike out of the street, but because it would not roll forward we all picked up the bike and moved it that way. Thus, resulted in them saying good bye, and me waiting for my fathers help. However, while I was waiting, and right after harley took offf I noticed my bike nbeing able to roll forward, so I decided to start riding again, the reason I did this was because my dade had cfame and givin me some gas because we thoiught maybe that was the problem. Driving down the road feeling good, then Boom! I was up in the ai,r because the front brakes had seized abrubtly, while, I was travelling at pretty fast speeds, Consequently, no more new damage was mad, except for minor body. Of course, I called the body shop, He was an asshole, and not willing to help. He ripped me off, because I paid him to repair the bike, and yes he did some repairs, but the bike was inoperable, and thats WHAT I needed to be done. Well later, I tinkered in my garage on the barkes I bleeed many time seemede to pass with no bubbles I used a vaccuum pump, but still the bike was not functioning properly the hand brake was to weak, it didnt have enough tension, so I decided oncee again to take it to a body shop. The name of the shop, Biker Boys, anyways they had some harleys in front, so I thought they might do better, Furthermore, upon completion they told me I had some air in the brakes, and that is was good to go, but they did mention I should get new forks because they werent straight. I said Okay. What really mattered to me was whether or not it moved forward without dragging the engine. In the begining,  the bike seemed okay, but then I stopped for a drink twenty minutes after first receining the bike, and the battery died. Twenty minutes later. I was one block away from my house, in the neighborhood, and I accidentally stalled the engine , which resulted into the battery dieing again. Then while I was jump staring the engine a fuse blew. Once I repaired the fuse and charged the battery a new problem started to present itself and that was both brakes locking up om me. IfI start the engine, and put the bike in first, in order, to start rollong forwadr the bike dargs and the engine stalles, or sometimes it goes ten feet and then starts locking up agaion, Front and back brakes. Why is this happening? What can I do  to make the bike move?

Answer
Ok, your first problem is the locking of the brakes. You never said what year the bike is, but you need to remove the calibers and check the puck inside. Sounds likes its sticking. They need to be taken apart and cleaned and check the puck.
As to the battery going dead. Start the bike and at the battery check the volts at around 2000 RPM and let me know what the voltage is. Also, what year and model is the bike?
