Motorcycle Repair: Frozen cylinder, honda xr80, honda shop

Question
I have a rarely used Honda XR80.  Since it was rarely used, we failed to drain the gas and it has trouble accellerating, so after talking to the guys at the Honda shop, I bought some carb cleaner.

Following the instruction we removed the air intake and sprayed down the inside of the carb and when trying to crank back up, the engine won't even crank.  The crank won't even move as if the cylinder is frozen.

Where do I go from here, --off to the Honda shop? How much damage do you think has occurred?

Answer
Hi Chris,

Take the MC to your local shop for diagnosis. Get a repair estimate. Estimates usually cost about an hours worth of labor. There may be no charge for an estimate if you have them make repairs. Inquire with them.

Its hard to estimate the damage without inspecting the engine. Everything motorcycle related is expensive.

Hope the best for you.
