Nissan Repair: 2004 nissan frontier engine will not start, tailgate area, nissan frontier

Was involved in rear drivers side collision and back side taillight area smashed and tailgate area , Now it will not start , have power to lights and radio but turn key and nothein please help

Hi Brenda -

First of all you will need to check if you have fuel going into the engine. I am suspecting that the fuel pump, or safety went out. There is a device that when there is a collision or overturn, it shuts off the fuel pump to prevent possibility of fire. I am thinking this is what happened and it needs to be reset or replaced.

I would take it to have this checked.
