Nissan Repair: 93 Maxima GXE keyless entry, cold weather, door lock actuator

Keyless entry is intermittent or will not work in cold weather--or one door may work(unfortunately not the drivers) and not the other.  No problem in spring summer or fall

The electric door lock actuator either requires lubrication or replacement.  The only way to know is to take the door panel off and lubricate the lock and actuator mechanism.  If this solves the problem then you are done.  If not, replace the lock actuator.
