Nissan Repair: car problem, fuel pressure regulator, open throttle

Hi I have a mitsubishi and when I put the throttle down hard the car loses power and stutters. If I take it easy it seems to not do that. What do you think this problem is? Any information will be greatly appreciated

Wide open throttle sputter could be a couple of things.  First, the plugs are good?  Second, the fuel filter is plugged?  Third the fuel pressure regulator could be going out.  Another one would be the coil breaking down at high RPMs.  Email me if you need more.
