my heater control only works on the maximum setting now and the circulation control does not move at all - are these repairable please?

Brian,

The blower motor resistors need replacement.  If it only works on high the other resistors are burnt out.  An easy replacement.  The circulation control not moving would mean it is frozen or a cable or the actual door that the circulation control moves is stuck.  Someone will have to get under the dash and look at it.  Remove the control and try to move the door manually.  If the door moves it is the control.  If the door does not move then it is stuck or needs lubrication and or the actuator itself might be bad.  Just need to get under the dash to figure out which one it is...
