Nissan Repair: Engine Vibration and Rattle, nissan altima, engine vibration

Question
I just bought a 93 Nissan Altima 2.4L with 124k miles for my sister.  The car when started and in the park posistion the engine rattles the front end of the car.
Also another thing I noticed that when the engine is in idle I can hear a non syncronized rattle coming right from under the oil lid on the top of the engine.
Do you think you might be able to point me in the right direction?

The engine mounts are probably worn out and the upper radiator mounts probably need to be replaced.  The radiator mounts are to dampen the shaking of the four cylinder engine and they get hard, old and crack.  The noise under the valve cover is probably the cam followers that need adjustment.
