Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Replacing the Flasher, turn signal flasher, oldsmobile lss

1998 Oldsmobile LSS.
The Signal lights have stopped working, and I am lost to where the flasher fuse is.  I've looked in the fuse panel on both driver and passenger side.  Can you help me find the flasher fuse?

The fuse is located under the drivers side. There is a fuse block under that panel. The fuse is labeled
"T/SIG/BULP/BTSI" fuse.
Right next to it, in the same area is the Turn signal flasher, a small round shiney metal relay.
