Oldsmobile/Buick Repair: Car Stalls after driving around a while, olds cutlass, car stalls

HEllo Billy, I have an 82 Olds Cutlass 4.3L 2 barrell that stalls after I drive around in it for a while. It runs great when its cold, no smoking, I had a carb kit done, did a tune up, replaced the Catalytic conv. and a new muffler pipe. I also changed the little fuel filter thats in the carb. If I drive around in it for around 45 mins straight, and I accelerate it begins to stall and then builds enough pressure to where it blows out the pipe. Can you help me with this? Thanks so much.. hi john.this sounds like one of 2 things.coil or module.not really a normal prob for a carb.problems with carb are usually a delivery prob as fuel not going where it needs too .and if something is plugged it is plugged all the time.coil and module are problems that will act different at diff driveing temps.if it were mine i would go with a reman distributor.rather then one piece at a time.good luck please rate my help  ty billymac
